How We Build With Crown Pillar Contracting
Initial Consultation & Site Assessment
We visit the property, assess the existing structure, review access and spatial requirements, and determine the scope of structural work required.
Proposal & Engineering
You receive a transparent, itemized proposal, followed by coordination with licensed Ontario P.Eng partners for structural drawings and required permits.
Structural Execution
Our team carries out the required containment, temporary hydraulic support, concrete removal, underpinning, reinforcement, drainage integration, and structural work.
Inspection & Handover
We manage required municipal inspections, complete the final punch list, clean the site, and provide warranty handover and ongoing support.
